Here is my "todo" list, as it exists today. There's always ways to imporve and fix the code, and this is some of my ideas:

All Export To Text assume vbCrLf is the row terminator. Add Additional functionality  so that the Row terminator is a parameter as well; this really helps when you do things like exporting HTML or info that has existing vbCrLf in the data; an alternate Row Terminator can make it incredibly easy to BULK INSERT / bcp the data exported from these functions.

The Custom Delimiter should allow you to select Regex items like \n \t \r or \l to shortcut definign specific non printables easier.

Investigate other export types; I have vb.NET code, which takes advantage of DevExpress grids and their built in export functionality; those let me export to the following types easily; if the DevExpress DLL's could be added as Assemblies to SQL, i could use that functionality for:

  • HTML
  • MHT
  • Word
  • PDF
  • XLS
  • XLSX
  • XML
